“I ordered 6 blankets for my puppy. They are made out of fleece material and wash so quickly and dry very quickly. They came on the exact day that I was told. Very happy with my blankets and the service I received.”

“Ordered a Dualit toaster which was cheaper than any other site I looked at. It arrived 2 days later and is excellent. The delivery company were also very good, I was working on the day it was due to be delivered but they gave an option for it to be left in a safe place so no need to take a day off. Overall a great service and a great purchase, many thanks.”

“I did wait quite a long time for this item only because I ordered two and they could only supply one as it has now been discontinued. Apart from that, the one I did order arrived safely and I am very pleased with it.”

“Good Service, apart from when I'd forgotten to put the Discount Code in at the checkout. I tried to email to tell them what I'd done, but that part of their online system doesn't work, so I ended up paying full price”

“Hi Iam interested in these mugs as Iam an exserviceman what you call an aged veteran. I am 84 ,in October I shall be 85 &a long standing member of the Royal British Legion. but your service could be tightened up a little like if the item is out of stock you should inform us before we make our orders.”

“Ordered a washing line. Was told immediately that it was not in stock but would be in on Friday. It came in on Friday and I received on Tuesday (would have been Monday but it was a bank holiday). Good came as described.”

“Service was prompt and product was exactly as expected. The reason that I have only given a normal rating is that although the item, a Dunoon mug, arrived in one piece I think it was more by luck than judgement. Bubble wrap and a jiffy bag alone are little protection for a delicate product. Otherwise happy.”
