“Very disappointed with service had to keep ringing as order never arrived and just kept getting told to allow longer on my 4th phone call another was reorded and arrived today 28th.staff told me different things about how it was sent if you check my order number the member of staff who i kept speaking to has very poor customer service skills but I will say Jessica sorted it and was lovely.”

“I was kept informed about my purchase but not the delivery date. I was told it had been dispatched but nothing more. I just happened to be leaving the house when the delivery arrived. So may I suggest informing customers with more detail as to date and approximate time of delivery? I am aware that timing schedules are difficult but AM or PM would be better than nothing. Thank you. M Bagnall”

“Barnitt's is our favourite shop ever! No problem with the product although the carrier sent us an email to tell us of the delivery date on the actual day - after we had left for work. They did deliver when requested without a problem but a bit more notice would have saved a wasted journey, fuel costs etc”
