“I would have said excellent if there had been a star. I was so impressed by your service. I placed an order which was no longer available but was informed that there was something very similar in stock. I telephoned to discuss this and was given a verbal description and then sent a picture of it. I really felt that your staff had gone out of their way to be helpful. I can recommend shopping with you, without hesitation.”

“I knew what I wanted but had no idea where I would find it, or whether the price would be competitive when I did. Barnitts not only had the very item I was looking for, it was coincidentally the keenest price I could find anywhere. My order was acknowledged immediately and three working days later (as promised), the item arrived by courier. I have added Barnitts to my 'favourites' list and will use them regularly in future.
