“Absolutely delighted to buy from this company, the best price for my expensive brabantia bin. Also free delivery and I thought may be the product will arrive in about 3-4 days as free delivery, but the next day my bin arrived. I was extremely pleased. Well done to everyone who works at Barnits for making customers happy. Thank you once again”

“Excellent product. I've been looking for a new mantel clock for a while, but many are very pricey and get poor reviews. Looked at this one and found it was cheapest from Barnitts (a company I wasn't familiar with). Thought I'd give it a go, as it was such a reasonable price and I don't regret it at all. Really well made product and looks lovely in my living room. Excellent value for money and I will use Barnitts again.”

“We are very pleased with our saucepans. We were kept informed by email which was great. The only comment I have is that we had just a new kitchen fitted and our old saucepans did not work on our new induction hob. So having to wait for a couple of them to be in stock was a bit of a pain. But we are very happy with your service.”

“There is always a concern with internet sales - do they exist? What-Ifs? Aftersales service? We bought a Brabantia washing line from Barnitts which developed a fault within a short time and had to have it replaced. Notwithstanding Brabantia's guarantees, Barnitts got us the replacement quickly and with no fuss. I would recommend Barnitts as a good company to business with - with no caveats.”

“I saw the ceramic umbrella holder in a shop in Helmsley. It was exactly what I was looking for as a gift and something I had not seen anywhere else. I asked if it was for sale, but it was not, so I enquired where it had been purchased, which is how I found you. I was hugely impressed with your service. The website was easy to use and the umbrella holder that I ordered arrived superbly packaged a little over 48 hours after I placed my order. I was kept fully informed of the expected delivery time and the parcel arrived within minutes of your prediction! I am not familiar with your store as I do not live locally but I will certainly make a point of visiting you in person when I am next in your area. Thank you. Jenny Evans”

“Prices excellent. Delivery was a bit slower than I had expected but the delivery company was proactive (trying to deliver twice in the same day) and I was grateful for that. Products were of good quality, delivered in perfect condition and just as advertised.”
