“Extremely efficient service; whether on-line or telephoning on-line call centre. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, organised and pleasant. I did not leave a telephone number for the driver to contact me about time of delivery. Consequently, he returned daily unaware I was away. “Delivered as described, a little over packed if anything, good communication. The item was out of stock but this was not clear to me when I ordered it so it took around 2 weeks to arrive when I was expecting more like 2 days; could be my fault but I don't think that was made clear anywhere.”

“Very pleased with the trowel I bought. Very good quality and I like the pointed end shape. Might be a tiny bit heavier than I expected but not overall a problem. The leather handle will be useful to hang it up when I find a suitable hook! Beautifully packed. Thank you.”
