“I ordered a lamp which appeared to be in stock on the website, however I later received an email informing me that the item was out of stock for several more days. I had the option of cancelling and a refund (which I chose not to do), but it is very misleading to have the option to order something which appears to be in stock but isn't. When I received the lamp it was well packaged and in good condition.”
