“We like Barnes Brinkcraft, we have just booked with them for the fifth time, the boatyard is ideally situated for us as we travel down by train and the station is nearby. The boatyard staff are all very friendly and helpful from the booking staff, reception staff to the trial run drivers. The welcome hampers are a nice extra touch also and much appreciated.”
“We had a great holiday in our favourite cottage with brilliant views, didn't, score 5 as bathroom fittings looking tired and fire door shutting mechanism heavily weighted making transit from kitchen to living room a pain when carrying anything. Beds a bit hard, but would book again.

Some of the mooring ropes on board needed replacing, good rope needed at Yarmouth and Reedham!

“Booked RHAPSODY 1 for a family birthday, collected it on time went for pre test ,was a fault with it ,had to have new batteries eventually left the marina late, there was some more issues later with the boat, smell coming from the WC,s no hot water from solar panels had to use the generator all the while,cost us more in fuel . The weather was amazing.backwards thrust gave up in the end of the holiday,.we had a lovely holiday though. Sadly It's not up there with the Elite boats now .a review 2weeks previously had issues with the boat.staff were polite and friendly .”

“Booked a Brinklet boat online which was straightforward, didn't get a confirmation email but rang the next day and was quickly sorted. The boat was a good size for a day boat and easily accommodated 2 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs plus bags. The staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend.”

“Original booking was for 18th Aug. Had to cancel due to wife in hospital with kidney infection. There for 10 days. My booking was cancelled and monies held. Called to rebook for late October. All handled with ease, this booking is cheaper and will be added to the fuel deposit for a possible refund on return. Very happy with how our issue was dealt with and very happy with our new booking. Great service and support.”
“First time on the Broads, staff were friendly and very helpful. The boat was clean and had everything we needed. Communication the phone was also very good. Maybe a few different sizes of serving dishes in the kitchen and some washing up liquid to get started would be good? I was a bit worried about what I was discharging into the river. We had a great holiday and I would definitely recommend.”

“We had a fantastic day out. We hired a picnic boat for 4 adults and 1 child of 5. She enjoyed it a lot as the boat design allowed her see swans, herons , ducks etc really well. Easy to use. Life jackets provided. We got there early enough to be able to park outside too. Would recommend”
“Firstly, the staff were excellent and very helpful. We were disappointed with our Elite serenade 3 cruiser. It was tired and grubby. I dread to think what the lower grades of boat were like!The cushions were stained from people standing in them. The bed frames supporting the heavy mattresses were dirty underneath. The beds were uncomfortable with hard foam mattresses. The linen was good and clean. The kitchen was adequate & clean . The toilet seats were stained yellow. We would not recommend this boat as the only person who could see anything outside ( unless you were standing)was the captain..
Seating inside was low so it made the whole experience feeling enclosed. When the weather allowed, we opened the superb sliding roof but this still limited our view as the seating was so low. The broads were stunning . Navigating the broads & the boat was a challenge which was at time stressful but really enjoyable”
