“The booking process was very simple. Unfortunately we had to change our booking, I contacted Barnes Brinkcraft to check what I needed to do. They made the changes for us the same day.

“Every thing was brilliant but the smell from the toilet was awful! We went to pottery higham and had it pumped out! We also bought a chemicals that’s for boats and thst didn’t help ! It made me feel sick and kept heaving every time I needed to go ! It stuck the boat out even if you just had a wee ! Won’t go on that boat again
Was out second year with the same boat , can’t remember it being thst bad last year !”
Hi Janet - I am so sorry to read this. It really should not smell like that. We would have advised the pump out but if it still smelt we would have dealt with it whilst you were on holiday

“Excellent service and brilliant set up at the marina. All very easy and made for a great start to a fantastic weekend. The only thing I would say about Merrymore 1 is it would be good to have 2 fold away stools onboard as you can’t seat 8 on the sofas.”
“Had a lovely 2 weeks on royal velvet 3 does just what it said on the tin everything was great until i went to the yard oneday for a shower when entering the ladies shower room it was filthy dirty water everywere and hair stuck in the drain i asked the lady for a mop she said dont have one i will get a cleaner then was told by matthew the owner that the cleaners were all busy cleaning boats so had to use the shower head to clean it best i could was just discusting it was not clean or no mop dont use them or do so at your own risk”
