“Good handover and boat clean. A little more detail on distances possible and facilities available post booking would be helpful rather than having to search through web site”
“Our first boat for 14 yrs.Check in was very quick and professional,with friendly staff.
We were given a walk through and a short demonstration and were then on our way.
The boat was brinks duet 3 it was clean and a perfect size for 2 people.
Bringing the boat back was easy as staff were waiting to guide you in.
Ghe handing back process was so quick and easy again with wonderful staff members and only took about 15 minutes and we were on our journey home. I would definitely recommend this boatyard as it has a great choice of boats depending on your requirements.”
“Good service right from booking to collecting the boat and completing our holiday. The boat was lovey, but could of done with a few more larger pieces of cooking equipment to cater for the larger groups such as pans and Pyrex bowls/dishes and perhaps some non stick pans”

“When the young man showed us around the boat he showed us the controls and when he put the wiper on it came off as it was broken he did put it down on your system but personally I would of got an engineer over to replace it. And when we came to take a shower at night the shower pipe was all taped up to the taps so water was coming out of the shower and the bath tap using twice as much water than necessary. Mid way through the week we came back to the yard as my daughters boat needed a pump out and I mentioned to the man who was doing the pump out about the wiper and he got an engineer out to replace it and offered to do the shower as the holiday was about over I asked him to leave the shower till we got back and hopefully it was done before it went out again”

“Had a lovely time on The Broads for a 1 week holiday. The staff at the boatyard were very helpful at both ends of the cruise. Check in was easy and the short demonstration was informal and reassuring. On the return we were helped with docking our boat which was needed as it is extremely busy on a Saturday morning.”
