“Booking process only.
Easy to navigate.
Payment system seems unusual: not sure how secure payment was. Not like buying online usually is.
Website reasonably OK. Pictures short on detail and definition.
Good, quick feedback from customer services via email.”
“Really enjoyed our stay in Coots cottage with Barnes Brinkcraft
The welcome pack was an added bonus
We needed help with a small problem when we were there and someone came within half hour
Thank you”
