“The website is clear and straightforward. There is plenty of information, but I rang to ask a basic question, which was answered very quickly. Online booking was very easy and the confirmation came back quickly.”
“Never been disappointed. Had several holidays always been excellent. Recently had to change a booked holiday due to a family wedding. Kate was very helpful. Polite and professional. Changed dates no bother at all. Will always recommend Barnes Brinkcraft. And will continue to use them for as long as we can.”
Thank you John
Kate will have a little blush when I send this through to her
We really do appreciate your continued custom

“Very pleased with the help on the telephone and ease of booking. Even more impressed by the understanding and help when it was necessary for us to change the dates of our booked holiday.”
“Although we are boatie people, not having been in the Norfolk Broads before, having a pleasant chat with reception certainly encouraged us to go ahead and book the recommended boat discussed. We are very much looking forward to discovering an area which has been on our bucket list for some time.”
“On arrival at the Barnes Brinkcraft there is always a cheerful greeting, which starts off the holiday perfectly.
I have always found the staff are willing to go out of the way to assist me with any issues or additional requests.
The apartments have always been spotlessly clean and the welcome pack is fabulous.
My stays with Barnes Brinkcraft has always been in the winter, for the fishing and after 14-15 stays there i can honestly say the service has never altered, always great.”
“We have been boating in the Norfolk Broads several times, this is the first time with Barnes Brinkcraft, the booking was very straightforward and quick.”
