“Jules was fabulous, friendly and efficient.
She found us a boat on the dates we needed without any fuss.
Really looking forward to coming down with the family.”
“First time on the Broads - what a great experience! Excellent welcome and explanation of how everything works. Comfortable, quiet boat and beautiful weather. Thanks Barnes Brinkcraft.”
“As usual we are never disappointed with our stays at Barnes Brinkcraft. This time we stayed in Riverview. Accommodation very clean and comfortable. Only suggestion would be some shelving in the bathrooms as nowhere to put any toiletries at all. Have been coming here for 22 years and will definitely be back.”
“Spacious lodge with lots of equipment and having the access to our neighbouring lodge Grebe was perfect. Also use of the dayboat was a bonus. Staff in reception and support staff great.”
Thanks for the lovely review — and for the photo too, it really showed off just how good that riverside view can be. Having both lodges together is ideal for larger groups, especially when everyone wants to holiday together without being on top of each other the whole time.
We’re pleased the day boat helped make the stay even better, and we’ll make sure your kind comments are passed on to the reception and support teams.
All the best,
The Team at Barnes Brinkcraft
“A great day's boat hire and conveniently located to explore the broads. We took a trip to The Lion for lunch after a quick stop along the suggested route to grab a coffee. Staff friendly and boat exactly as expected. We managed to get two of the parking spaces in their free car park.”
We’re really pleased you enjoyed your time on the water. We’ll pass your kind comments on to the team as well, and we’re glad everything helped you feel confident before setting off.
All the best,
The Team at Barnes Brinkcraft
“Had a wonderful day out on an electric boat. Suited 5 adults perfectly & cannot fault the service we received. Would certainly recommend Barns Brinkcraft without hesitation.”
“Seemless process from start to finish. Staff helpful and pleasent.
Accomodation was lovely and comfortable, with fab views. Day boat was easy to use and a bonus to have with the accomodation.
We all had a great holiday, and will definatly be back in the future.
Many thanks”
“Brilliant experience - as first timers visiting from New Zealand, they made us feel most welcome, answered all our questions. Easy hire, the young kids loved it and boats easy to operate, clean and good for the family.”
“We received clear instructions to our holiday property and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged for maintenance to fix a toilet seat. In fact it was completely replaced within a couple of hours of reporting the issue. Very impressive.”
