“An absolute pleasure to deal with. Through no fault of their own, shipping delays meant a long wait for the product. B&S kept in regular contact during the wait to keep me informed of progress. On receipt of the goods, unfortunately one item was broken, again through no fault of B&S. on contacting them, they swiftly replied, arranged collection of the broken item and shipping of a replacement. I have no hesitation in recommending and will definitely shop with them again.”
