“Really slow delivery. Ordered with plenty of time and was still late for my sons birthday. From dispatch time to delivery was 6 days! Will not be using again, would rather pay a couple of pounds extra and actually receive within a reasonable timeframe”

“I haven't received my purchase yet, it was returned to the depot, I contacted customer service and they have assured me that it will be sent back out to me, but I didn't get a confirmation email yet!”

“Disappointed with the delivery time as I paid extra for the item but it came much later than expected. Further the delivery was a disaster, package left out in rain despite instructions being provided, nail in coffin I had to Pay to return the item. Won't be a customer again.”
