Absolutely disappointing. I placed the order on December 12 and was told the parcel was dispatched on December 16. It's for my daughter's gift. Up until now, it's still not arrived, but money has been deducted.

Placed order on 10th Dec for all my daughters presents and they told me they would be here for Christmas but only 1 item arrived and don't know where the rest went. Absolutely shocking think alot of people had this happen

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, they sold me a bike that arrived on the 22nd WITH NO SEAT OR PEDDLES AND DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR SORTBIYBOUT BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!! So am sat with a broken bike and my BABY HAS NOT GOT ANY BIKE FOR XMAS ANDBIT WAS THE ONLY THIBG SHE ASKED FOR!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE DISGUSTING ROBBING AS*****!

Placed an order on 6th December for one item. Was blaming evri for ‘losing’ the parcel to find it hasn’t even left Bargainmax warehouse. No response from them. Was supposed to be a Xmas present too

First time and last ever time buying from these lot, bought something for my niece and Not delivered whatsoever. Can't contact any1 here. People please do not use Bargain Max as to make it worse, they are using Evri courier who have failed to deliver anything. I would recommend Amazon Prime instead. Bargain Max and Evri you thieves!

Very disappointed, i ordered 3 presents for 3 different children from here on the 11th of December and none of them have arrived for Christmas. Impossible to contact Bargainmax about it! Luckily i paid via 3rd party so i will be requesting a refund but i now have 3 members of my family without gifts and i cant afford to replace them. Ive ordered from here before with no issues but it seems this company cant deal with a large influx of orders at Christmas. I wont be ordering from here again.

I have tried contacting you several times using several different platforms/ phoning with no response. I ordered nearly two weeks ago and have had no update for a week! When looked at reason on delivery, it states 'bad weather' when there was no bad weather on that day and there has been no update since. Please can someone contact me with information about the missing order as these are Christmas presents for my 3 yr old who will stop believing in Santa if he ends up with nothing.

Item ordered on 9th December still not delivered. Contacted customer service to chase up only to receive an email saying its been delivered when tracking clearly still states its been delayed!! Not at all happy! Very unlikely to purchace from this company again

When looked at reason on delivery, it states courier was unable to get within geofence and is manifested for delivery, however same order placed a day later appeared straight away! I wait for my little daughter present. You use evri to be delivered. Why?? Useless company. They can t deliver my parcel. They can t do it even to a drop point. Try to contact them and they charged me 6 pounds for a single call .this is ridiculous!! First time i bought for you. Very bad experience.

Ordered 20inch huffy antifreeze bike 12.12.22 came yesterday 19th so fast delivery but a toddlers bike huffy delirium 16 inch bike was in the box furiously an undertstament considering there is no way other than email to contact this company I have purchased before never had a problem u til now so my.son now has no bike and some other little boys has no bike 6 days before Xmas.

I'd put a 0 to be honest. I've tried calling you re a christmas present I ordered for my 6 year old grandson nearly 2.weeks.ago. it stated jt was with Evri but its been dispatched to me.from Evri on the 9th of December uet I.still.dont have ot. I have asked mymEvri guy and he's not had it. I have paid £70 odd for this and I don't have the goods. My.gramdson.will be really upset.
