My experience is dreadful . Stressful. . All I've dome is email bargain max and evri delivery.. about not receiving my parcel which was a present for my 3 yr old grandson who now is gonna be very upset not receiving his bike. Now i will have to try and buy a smaller gift... .All I've had I'd 4 different stories why my parcel hasn't been delivered.. its absolutely disgusting

unfortunately i did not recieve my item that i had ordered for my sons birthday . Very dissapointed. The delivery company failed to deliver my parcel TWICE ! The first time it was not recieved at the warehouse, dispite them sending me a 2 hour delivery slot to wait in , then the second time it was not scanned and wasnt loaded onto the lorry - again i had recieved a 2 hour delivery slot . So both occasssions i ahd waited in as per my text message the night before. Had to chase on both occassions, after they didnt turn up. The delivery company in question are called DX - terrible customer service and not apologetic. I wasnt prepared to wait in for a third attempt, so asked them to return my parcel to BargainMax. Also asked for a member of the management team to call me the following day , sadly didnt get this call either. First time using both BargainMax and DX and i dont feel that i will be using again or be recomme

Ordered a bike for granddaughter on Friday paid next day delivery and got it on the wed her birthday was on the Monday so it was 2 days late how do you explain to a 5 year old her bike hasn't come I did send a message to yourselfs but no reply I'm still not happy and still no refund for next day delivery we were going to a park for her to ride the barbie bike instead I had nothing to give my granda

I'm still waiting for my parcel. It's been two weeks now and no sign. We've missed the birthday it was meant for. Not impressed.

The item I bought wasn’t what was shown! The chute said it was from 3+ but when I recieved it , it was 24+ so it’s smaller than it shows.

Not happy at all my sons bike arrived too late for his birthday. Then when it did come there were parts missing.and then the company wasn't get back to us so its boxed up doing nothing.

Tbh it's now 15 days since my order and I still haven't received it, and better yet DPD has still not received it not great.

Delivery is always shocking. Leave parcels no matter how big or small on the door step no matter what weather conditions.

I have checked the journey of your parcel and can see that there was a delay in delivery due to the parcel being too large for our delivery partner to deliver and a specialist courier having to be arranged for the delivery. Bought a modl now that expensive. I wanted to return the item for a replacement. They ask me to provide videos evidence of the light not working. They could see that it faulty on return. For the sake of £20 I will keep it but never buy anything from BargainMax again. I would buy of Amazon next time. Any problems they are brilliant.

Always had good things to say about bargain max, until I ordered a 16 inch barbie bike for my daughters birthday. I opened the box which said it was the right size started putting it up noticed something was wrong. They had sent me a cheaper barbie bike 14 inch i got in touch with them last week was told they would get in touch with me within 24 to 48 hours and so far nothing after that email saying they were looking into it. I have had to give my daughter the bike because she doesn't understand why I wasn't letting her play on her bike. Which i promised for her birthday so I have lost out on money after being given a cheaper item.

Ordered a birthday present for my son and paid for next day deliver after 3 days I emailed them. No apology, no offer of a refund. For the delivery cost. They did send another item out but only after they successfully stopped the original parcel with Evri. Very disappointing service. Then order arrived arrived 13 days after original order.
