“I was apprehensive about ordering from this site as several months ago I was a victim of identity fraud & had lost my faith in shopping in line. I took measures to protect myself but needn’t have worried as this site is very legitimate & there customer service is exceptional they keep you in the loop throughout. Absolutely amazing site, the items I purchased are as described & amazing offers discounts over there site. delivery time exceptional. I’ll definitely look to purchase from them I. The near future”

“Do not recommend still waiting on a £100 parcel I ordered on the 29th it’s now the 11th… was due to be delivered 7th and still nothing. Won’t let me contact yodel who has the parcel… and it’s my daughter main Xmas present.”

“I have placed an order with Bargain Max. Delivery was quick which was the only positive thing. My order arrived with half the items missing. I have contacted the customer service, the person on the phone was rude with lack of patience. I have a 2 years old at home and I needed for moments to sort my son while on the phone. I was told my order will be checked and I will get an email the same day. I did not receive any emails. I contacted customer service again and lady I spoke with was helpful. They couldn’t resend my itemising items which was a shame but they refunded me. I have placed another order with Bargain Max for the items I was missing from my first order. Order has been placed, paid for and I was waiting for delivery few days later I got an email saying that there was an error on the website and they are out of stock with the items I wanted. All in all terrible experience with nothing but hustle. Won’t be ordering from the website again”
