“Never used this company before and found them on a Google search of something I was looking for. Item was cheaper here than anywhere else. Was abit sceptical but quick search of reviews and all look ok. Super prompt delivery, item was perfect and exactly as described. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks”

“The item was packaged nicely and delivered at a reasonable time, however it’s not the english version, probably Vietnamese or some other south East Asian version, so all the instructions and information were all not in English. Luckily we had the hexagon version purchased from Amazon which was the English version and had instructions in English so we used the same rules to play this game as well. Otherwise it would have been returned as we would not have been able to play the game.”

“Order placed 2 weeks ago and still not recieved and no communication back even though it says it takes 1-2 working days for a response it is now over that period and still had no reply. Not happy so far and not confident my order will come before Christmas as the tracking is also blank! Rather disappointing as these are Christmas presents for my kids!”

“Delivery was quick but the condition of the parcels was poor. Someone had been into the box, opened a couple and then tried to reseal the box again. Offered a refund of 25 percent due ti damage but then refunded less.”

“There was missing items in my order when I received it. I contacted them via email and they requested I send pictures of the box it was delivered in and the instructions to show what was missing. I did this and I have had no response. It’s been over a week..!”

“So disappointed. Parcel still hasn’t arrived and have tried contacting the company. After one reply to understand my frustrations and ask what I would like a refund, I then haven’t heard anything again! And I still haven’t received any of my items. Won’t be using again”
