“Goods arrived on time as stated. The box containing the gift was damaged. It actually had a hole in the box. I feel it was only luck that the item inside the box wasn't cracked or damaged in some way. Disappointed in how it arrived. I have been in touch with Yodel, who have said that they will investigate internally.”

“Your courier is a disgrace. They totally ignored my delivery instructions despite sending me a confirmation email that they would leave my parcel I'm my open porch on the Saturday. They left it with a neighbour I don't get on with on the Friday. I can't acted Bargain Max to complain. Heard nothing back. Very disappointed with Bargain Max!”
