“Hi was going to place an order but as I am in Aberdeen city you seem to think I am in the Highlands and Islands and want to apply an additional charge for delivery. There is no way I can contact you (that I can find on website). Can assure you that i regularly receive deliveries and have never been classed as H&I, I even checked maps and have not found one that agrees with you. Very disappointed”

“Bought a pre-order copy of FIFA 22, heard nothing for 2 days and then received an email saying they can't send it til next week (probably won't receive my pre-order benefits now) The website shows it as in stock, it still shows as in stock this morning! Not only that, after I checked they still state its in stock they send me an email trying to entice me to order it when they know fine well they don't have any in. The whole point of pre-ordering is to get ahead with building a team, now I'm going to miss a full week of rewards. Feel like I've been robbed. Never ordering from here again!”

“Omg my grandson is mad on Ryan World his mum due baby in December and she ask him what should call baby and said Ryan and if any say you name for baby he says Ryan. He 3 year old well 4 next month she asked what wanted for his birthday and he replied Ryan world”

“Company has taken many unauthorized payments from my bank account, was assisted by Rebecca but failed to comprehend customer service. Now having to take this further to citizen advice possibly leading to lawyer first bad experience and won't want to use this service again”

Hi Unfortunately we are not responsible for this matter and Citizens advise will advise you in the same way as my colleague has . You need to contact the bank who need to release the funds. We are not able to do this or control entry of billing details on payments. We have apologised fully however we are unable to release funds we have not taken. BargainMax
