“I ordered items over 2 weeks ago to be told by the delivery company that it was 2 badly damaged to be delivered so I have emailed your company to try and get the order sent again and am still waiting on a reply”

“I was recommended by my sister in law, safe to say for toy shopping I will be coming to bargain max now! The prices are honestly near enough unbeatable. “Board game box arrived damaged. It was obviously damaged prior to shipping bc the carboard shipping box had no damage. Someone knowingly shipped our boardgame with this issue. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because it was half the price and all the game pieces were there so it was playable. If this had been for a children's toy it wouldn't have been a big deal as usually the boxes go in the bin anyway, but for a boardgame where you keep the box -- would not recommend. You get what you pay for, essentially.”

“I placed an order for a hey duggee push chair. In high hopes I thought that I'd get it with all these great reviews. But you guys went with Hermes and I still haven't got my hey duggee chair! This is for Christmas and Hermes steal as my driver has my parcel since the 7th October 2021. What can I even do? Nothing. Because I can't get hold of anyone!”

“I have ordered an item at the price quoted , paid for the item and received a receipt. I even paid for next day delivery, but i have had nothing. I have emailed customer services and nothing and have sent other emails to no avail. I have a reciept but my account shows no orders and you do not know when you are signed in or not, it all seems very dodgy. I am beginning to think this is a SCAM site so BUYERS BEWARE.”
