“Ordered the item as it was for my Grandson’s Birthday & paid £2.99 extra for next day delivery & it did not arrive on the next day which was his birthday. Got refunded £2.99 next day delivery charges, however we missed presenting our Grandson on his Birthday. Not Happy”

“Very upset rang up customer service because my order was duplicated was told I had to send the duplicate item back at my own expense ,even though the customer service advisor said they had had problem with orders going through twice ,very disappointed she didn’t help me”
