“I bought a Bop-it Smash for my grand daughter for Christmas, and when it arrived it was not working, I called Bargain Max to let them know and they agreed to send a replacement which arrived in 3 days. Pity about the original which was not working, but great customer service in the prompt attention to sending out a replacement.”

“The service, communications and prompt delivery and packing of the goods were top class. Initially on completing my personal details and Credit Card details when ordering, I found the heading details had not been done for the information boxes. Anyway, it did not take long to sort out the details required for each box. On receiving my order by email, I found the wording was all gobbly de gook! I am sure by now all has been corrected. I recommend using ' Bargain Max', goods are well priced.”

“I bought a Nanoblock model - although the company doesn't carry many of these, they happened to have the one I wanted! And at a good price. Order processing and delivery were very good. A very slight criticism would be that the item was sent just in a poly bag, and the box inside got a bit squashed in the post.”

“Great prices - a pity about the delivery. I paid for "next day" but it didn't arrive. When I called, my complaint was handled quickly and effectively and the delivery cost refunded immediately.”
