“Very happy with the toys i ordered,very quick delivery,however the only problem i have is there is no confirmation email to say that they have received your order with the details of the purchase that was made or who it was getting delivered by so there was no way of chasing up the order.So if Bargain max could maybe do this in future i am sure it will put minds at ease .”

“Ordered 4 Monster High Dolls for my daughter for Christmas. One was out of stock and I was contacted and reimbursed straight away. Boxes were a bit squashed when they arrived but other than that a tight good service.”

“I ordered a Barbie Transforming Mermaid doll - which came very quickly - but unfortunately it was the wrong one (a Fairy not a Mermaid). I was very pleased to be able to speak to a "real person", Alexander, on a landline not a premium number, who was very apologetic and said he would send the right one. There was some problem with the "linkage code" at the warehouse. Returning the wrong item was easy - just printing a label out and taking it to a Hermes pick up shop in my local town. However, it did actually take FOUR attempts to get the right doll after returning the wrong one three times. However, all things considered, your customer service is very good, the delivery service Hermes excellent and everything worked out all right in the end. Your warehouse needs a bit of sorting out, though!”

“I have used bargainmax before and was very impressed however after my last purchase 1 of the 3 items I recieved had come in a box damaged, the toy was fine, minor I know but I wouldnt of bought it in that condition from a store so I don't expect to be sold one online. However bargainmax is overall a very good online store.”

“ARRIVED ON TIME. THE PRODUCT DETAILS ONLINE ARE NOT SUFFICIENT. I HAD TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET THE DETAILS. MY SON LOVED THE TOY AND GOT IT FOR A CHEAP PRICE.”
