“I had ordered a bunch of toys but the order could not be tracked due to unknown reasons. I contacted customer care to address it with promptly ..and they did ..send it out via express mail the very next working day. Tremendously impressed Thanx John”

“Bargin max are very good, very helpful and quick on delivery. The product the wobble ball is great but do not let children play with it in the garden with hedges close by or any pointed objects as the ball punchers very easily, which is a real shame. My nephew only played with it for hAlf an hour and it deflated due to it touching the hedge in the garden!! Be warned.”

“Ordered early Friday morning and paid for next day delivery. There is a message which states delivery will be next working day - what constitutes a working day?? I had wanted it for the Saturday, it came on the Monday, via UKmail. Hermes and DPS delivered on Saturday, apparently a working day for them!! Bargainmax had prepared it on the Friday morning but it sat in a warehouse all weekend - disappointing!! The item I ordered from Bargainmax was great, fit well and my grandson loves it. ALWAYS CHECK THE DAYS FOR DELIVERY!! It cost me nearly £6 extra for....??”

Hi Jane, As stated on our delivery information, our next day delivery service is a next working day delivery service, ie, an order placed on the Friday will be received on the Monday as that is the next working day. Our delivery prices are clearly stated at the first possible stage on our website as not to confuse or hide any costs from our customers. Thanks Alex

“Very pleased with the product, and a good price. The only slight criticism, and it has nothing to do with the product, is that the delivery driver was only insured to get the pallet off the lorry and not to move it into the house. It was very heavy and had I been alone it would have been left in the street.”
