“Very clear websiteand very clear and very quick delivery. However trying to contact customer services by telephone is extremely time consuming. However i will order from them again.”

Hi Ross, There is a free shipping option on all orders above the £40 bracket. As im sure you are aware, shipping is expensive and we try and keep our delivery costs as low as possible. We also do not put our delivery costs on to the products as we want to deliver the best prices possible. Im glad it arrived and you are happy with your toy. We look forward to seeing you again soon. “Initial problems with the item dispatched were resolved very helpfully, politely and efficiently. An example of very good customer service in response to (understandable) human error. I would definitely shop with Bargain Max again as they treated me very well, and the final outcome is that I have the item I wanted! Thanks”

Hi Mark, I am sorry that your order has not arrived, You placed your order at 8.30pm on Thursday 26/06/14. This was dispatched on Friday Morning by us. Due to the fact you placed this using Royal Mail Second Class the expected delivery time is 3 - 5 working days. So far it has only been 2 working days. We do delay our review request email by 5 days which is more often than not enough time. We do mention that there are occasions where the email will arrive before the item and we ask for some patience there.
