“I received my parcel two weeks late, it arrived with a very large box wrapped in household cellotape? There was at least eight to ten gaps in the box so three quarters of my order is missing! I have tried to contact this company who asked for pictures and has not responded to there request???? They have taken the money for these items I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, ALSO THEY ARE INCONTACTABLE???”

“Overall disappointing. Clayton did his best to sort out and we eventually received a product in good condition but not before we had called to advise of non receipt and once received to report damaged product which needed to be replaced”

We are unable to know if an item has not been delivered or is damaged etc as we do not currently have the information returned to us by our carrier. “All in all speed of delivery was good. What I am not entirely happy with is the fact the item I bought (a toy washing machine) wouldn't work and on looking in the battery compartment, the batteries were bubbling and oozing acid. So I had to clean it all and replace the batteries.”

“I bought a toy for my daughter and my order was never delivered to me. on their website it says delivered but i obviously didnt receive my items. tried to contact support but that was non existent. I may have lost 40 euro but they lost a customer.”
