“I have ordered from bargain max twice now, once in august and again for this Christmas. Never had a complaint or a bad word to say about the company. Quick delivery, great selection of toys, will continue using, and prefer using over smyths and the entertainer!”

“AVOID!!!! Worst online company I have ever come across. 1) Sent me a damaged product which was also poor quality. 2) Refused to acknowledge it was damaged despite me sending them photos with proof of damage. 3) Made me pay to refund it using their preferred delivery service 4) As requested, Hermes delivered it back to them. Thus was 13 days ago and they have still not acknowledged receipt. 5) Have not responded to my attempts to get in touch. 6) Have still not refunded me. At present they have my money, the product, and have ignored my attempts to contact them.”
