“The face cream was almost a liquid, not a cream at all. Infact on opening the jar I spilt some of the contents so couldn't return it. I had previously enjoyed using Barbarossa's men's moisturiser, which came in a 2fl oz glass jar. The face cream however came in a plastic jar with no indication of size of contents. Disappointing, as the world does not need even more plastic!”
“The razor I have is not the same as the one on the instructions! The instructions claim u can see when its charged ect on the front of the razor and it dont know when its charge or nothing when charging just flashed blue”
“The trimmer itself works well but after one use the silver on the handle has rubbed off to reveal black plastic. Not really acceptable for a £45 trimmer”
“The shaver arrived with all the parts loose in the box, so they were all over the place Wedged under the foam, loose on top of the shaver etc). There were also two items missing from the box. The shave is ok but the blades are really fiddly and messy to clean. I thought from the marketing that I was buying a premium product but I don't think this is worth the high price I paid. I previously had a Remington which was much easier to clean and I think, gave a slightly better shave - for less money....”

“I have used my head shaver only twice and the head has broken, the disks won't clip back on as the black runners have broken off which isn't good enough as you charge enough for a replacement head and i'm far from happy.

“Unfortunately it's not holding a charge and is cutting out mid shave. It's a pity because when it is going it does leave you with a great shave. Emailed the captain and I'm hoping for a positive outcome”
“I have recently just purchased one of your hair clippers I believe it’s called the black skull for 4495 online I have received my product today was very happy with postage and package very fast was happy with that but upon opening my product the gold button which turns it on and off keeps coming out of the hole and exposing a spring underneath.
Having spent close to nearly £50 on a hair clipper I would expect it to stay together for a little longer than this I await your reply many thanks Jason Fitzgerald
