“I have recently just purchased one of your hair clippers I believe it’s called the black skull for 4495 online I have received my product today was very happy with postage and package very fast was happy with that but upon opening my product the gold button which turns it on and off keeps coming out of the hole and exposing a spring underneath.
Having spent close to nearly £50 on a hair clipper I would expect it to stay together for a little longer than this I await your reply many thanks Jason Fitzgerald

“Ordered The P1R8 Double Edge Safety Razor Set with Stand & Blades × 1 and Feather Safety Razor Blades x 10 × 1. I found 10 Feather Safety Razor Blades in the box with the razor, so if the Feather blades are the standard sent with the razor, where is the extra box of 10 I paid for; or if they are not, what happened to the 10 that should be in the box. I contacted them through the website a few days ago, but no response. Apart from that, the razor is excellent and the Feather blades that I do have could shave barbed wire off of a peach.”
“Purchased the head and body, knurled, electric shaver. Very disappointed as bought this mainly for detailing head and beard but the blade is not sharp at all. It's supposed to be zero gap so you would expect the blade to be sharp but my cheap shaver from Argos is better than this :-) Impossible to do detailing with this blunt shaver. Avoid!”

“I had a minor issue with a supplementary Item I ordered and to be honest the Item was replaced promptly and the bleeding stopped eventually. “Just got it delivered today, ordered on 19 May - delivered on 27 May, not the quickest. Charged £3.95 for delivery, which is too much for such a small item that takes this long to be delivered.
Came with chipped paint in 2 places (see pic). Not expected from a brand new product.
Amazon is selling the same product with free and quicker delivery. Should just ask customers to buy from amazon instead.”

Unfortunately after it arrived I realised that I could have bought the items contained within the gift box for £30 cheaper if I had ordered them individualy, and at full price with no discount. I am disappointed that I have essentially been charged £30 for the gift box and tissue paper.
Other than that the item arrived quickly and in good order and the items are good.”
“Pretty disappointed tbh. Razor arrived, boxed up and wrapped in tissue. However, when unwrapped, the razor itself is scuffed and in less than pristine condition. Shame, as from the website I expected more.”
