“I wanted the black version of this razor but you guys told me it was no longer available !! I eventually ordered the gold version rather than go without. Of course, it is excellent but would have much preferred the black one!! Barbarossa bros. As a company seem to be an ok company who really care about their customers...🙂

“I have been using Skull King for almost 2 years now. Just when I was considering ordering a new one or an alternative, I noticed Barbarossa Brothers actually sell the replacement heads, so no need to renew at that time. New head = good as new and head shaved nice and close again. The problem I have found recently is that at least one of the blades on the head fails and falls apart after a week or two, leaving me with only 6 heads. This still does the job but wondering why it keeps happening with every new head I get. I get new heads on subscription and not one has made it to the renewal date with all blades intact. Taking 2 stars off of my review because of this. If this can be sorted out then it would defo be 5 stars for me as the performance is great, it’s a good size, battery usually lasts well and charges really quickly.”
“A well built trimmer, with fast delivery. My issue is that the cut is supposed to be very close and it isn't. It cuts longer than my other (cheaper) trimmer even at the lowest setting.”
“No issues with the order, shipping or cost, I'm not massively impressed with the Privateer shavette I purchased.
It shaves beautifully when it holds the blade in place, which it doesn't do very well, as the blade is always moving around.
I've had to tape the blade in and crimp the holder with pliers to keep the blade in place.
I don't have an issue with this shavette per se, it's a design fault of this type of blade holder.

“These products are very poor quality. The website makes it sound like they are handcrafted/high quality but they are made of cheap plastic and clearly from china. I was very disappointed and sent it straight back. All the stars are for the customer service and prompt refund.”

“Initially I wasn’t very pleased with the quantity of the product, it seemed very light and very cheap. Also when I switched it on the blade caps broke. Spoke to customer service and they sent a new one out very quickly. Will keep going to see how long it lasts.”
