“The first one was not bad although it lasted only 14 months. They said it was out of warranty by 2 months or so but offered me another for 50% of the original cost.
Ive received it and it does not shave close at all - I'm not putting the boot in for the company as I'm that will not be purchasing from this company again and steering well away

“Shaver’s alright but the experience has been very poor. Send an email to customer support on an issue and instead of a response I got an automated type email…sent a couple of days after. They couldn’t even bother to read mine, never again.”

“Don’t bother buying one -bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband - He was really not impressed with this shaver - it feels cheap for the high price tag - with regard to the cut please note is is not a great all over body shave - got a few nicks which ended in tears :(”
