I have emailed you on your info email address to complain about my purchase but had no response from you, I purchased a head shaver from you, I used it and went to clean it and the blades fell out from the shaver clips, this happens every time I use the product, this is not acceptable, I would like my razor to be either replaced or my money back as I’m not very happy

Shaver broke between head and handle thread was not metal so just dropping into sink it snapped. Looking for a metal razor now. Sorry

I have purchased 3 shavers from Barbarossa. Apart from the first one which I used for over 6 months the other two purchased this year have been bad. I received a delivery of a a shaver last 2 weeks and it is already broken. I intend to either seek a replacement or my money back. Reference pictures

The Head shaver was too finicky and not value for money. The inclusive accessories were toyish. This was my second purchase and very dissatisfying. My first purchase was a shaver and was a good buy

The first one was not bad although it lasted only 14 months. They said it was out of warranty by 2 months or so but offered me another for 50% of the original cost. Ive received it and it does not shave close at all - I'm not putting the boot in for the company as I'm that will not be purchasing from this company again and steering well away Henry - Chingford

Shaver’s alright but the experience has been very poor. Send an email to customer support on an issue and instead of a response I got an automated type email…sent a couple of days after. They couldn’t even bother to read mine, never again.

They sent me a razor and it turned up faulty, so it didn’t charge and when it did it dies straight away and I have sent multiple emails and they are ignoring me

You cannot use the shaver without the grading covers. If you do the shaver cuts. Quite painful.

I wouldn't have thought such a song and dance could be made about ordering a simple charger cable - but you lot managed to do exactly that.
