“Don’t bother buying one -bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband - He was really not impressed with this shaver - it feels cheap for the high price tag - with regard to the cut please note is is not a great all over body shave - got a few nicks which ended in tears :(”
“While ordering and receiving my shipment was quick and efficient, the products left me very dissatisfied. Both the P18 and Ottoman razors provided terrible shaves ending with severe razor burn. I even changed the blades after one use and attempted another shave with the razors with the same results. I am now trying to return them.”

You answered me with an email saying you’d look into it. That email was sent to me over 3 weeks ago. 3 weeks where no one had the decency to keep me updated. No emails, no phone call, nothing. You are beyond unprofessional and disrespectful and I’m still waiting for the refund.”
