it does not keep charged. I charge it 100%, I use it a little and when I want to use it again it is 0

Not what I expected I go completely bold and this does not do that it says shaver it's not its just a trimmer fifty-five pound down the drain

While ordering and receiving my shipment was quick and efficient, the products left me very dissatisfied. Both the P18 and Ottoman razors provided terrible shaves ending with severe razor burn. I even changed the blades after one use and attempted another shave with the razors with the same results. I am now trying to return them.

I bought a razor off this company and the day after the order they decided to spam me with loads of emails, although I didn't sign up for it. This company are breaching GDPR rules and I will be taking legal action to redress this.

I ordered a shaving blade. Website said it would take 2-3 days. After a week I didn’t receive my order so I wrote an email telling you I don’t want the blade anymore and asking for a refund. You answered me with an email saying you’d look into it. That email was sent to me over 3 weeks ago. 3 weeks where no one had the decency to keep me updated. No emails, no phone call, nothing. You are beyond unprofessional and disrespectful and I’m still waiting for the refund.

Bought the Cutlass in black 'wood'. Although not expensive at £40, it's really not worth the money. Feels really flimsy and plasticky. Packing also of a very poor quality and just looked tacky. Great website and great marketing - poor product though!
