“Clippers lasted 15 months before breaking (not able to charge). Contacting the company and was told warranty expired at 12 months and that I could have 20% off a new one!”

It's a great product and has a real quality feel and build. It's shape is perfect for shaving. The customer service team are very responsive and helpfull. Great product and service.”

“No issues with the order, shipping or cost, I'm not massively impressed with the Privateer shavette I purchased.
It shaves beautifully when it holds the blade in place, which it doesn't do very well, as the blade is always moving around.
I've had to tape the blade in and crimp the holder with pliers to keep the blade in place.
I don't have an issue with this shavette per se, it's a design fault of this type of blade holder.

“I’m glad to say I bought myself a multiple head electric razor from Barbarossa to keep my shiny head smooth which of course it certainly does perfectly and I’ve gotta say theyre back up protection if there’s any issues is just how we need, ie they back up their product by fixing any issues with delivery that may occur, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.”
