“Very impressed with the turn around from ordering to delivery within a week. The item was extremely well packaged which i was thankful for as the box was damaged on receipt, on a single mark on the state it was in perfect condition. Quality of product outstanding, the engraving has also been done to an extremely high standard all in all excellent product and company. All i would l ask is if there is a possibility of offering a presentation box, i managed to get a wooden one from hobby craft and varnished it myself (looks great) however it could be a product you offer in the future. Thank you and i will use you again in the future”

Hi and thanks for the comments. We've recently switched away from statue presentation boxes. The heavy blue ink and lamination meant that the old ones were were not recyclable. Our goals is to offer as much of the packaging as recyclable as possible. The new brown boxes are plainer, but they are reusable, can be recycled and are made from fully sustainable wood sources.

“I purchased their "Jimmy" statue. I had a presentation case made for it based upon the dimensions on the website. Their dimensions were woefully wrong - they gave them in inches instead of cm. What I got was less than half of what they advertised they were selling. Not impressed. I have informed them and they have updated their site so no one else should feel ripped off like I do.”
