“I have been ordering engraved bottles from Ballantynes of Walkerburn for over five years, and I’ve just received my 18th bottle from them. Every single time, they deliver exceptional quality and service, and this latest experience was no different. This time, I ordered an engraved bottle of port, and it’s stunning. The engraving is flawless, as always—some of the best quality I’ve ever seen. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and it’s clear they take great pride in their craftsmanship. One of the reasons I keep coming back is their outstanding communication. They made sure to confirm every detail of the engraving with me before proceeding, ensuring that it was exactly what I wanted. This personalised approach is what sets them apart. To top it off, their delivery service is incredibly efficient. Once I confirmed the engraving details, the bottle was dispatched and arrived the next day, securely packaged and in perfect condition.
