“We chose Balkan Escape because we needed a little help with a 2 center break in Croatia. It all went pretty much to plan. Jack & the the rest of the team were helpful, knowledgable, speedy & made any changes to our itinerary thet we required. All the tickets for Flights, Transfers & Hotels were provided - they even checked us in! Happy customers who would return.”

“The hotels were all nice although the one in Split was a little far out from the main attractions It is hard to choose a favourite location as they each had something different to offer. The itinerary suggestions you offered were also very useful and we did several of them. We would definetly use Balkan Escape again and have already recommended them to family.”

“We used Balkan Escape to organise our recent holiday to Croatia. After contacting three different holiday companies we found Balkan Escape to be not only the best for price but also service. Jack was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were given a variety of options for accommodation and all of the ones we chose were a great choice and as expected. They provided ideas for things to do at each place we stayed and some good local advice. We were also contacted by the company before we headed to the airport to advise us of a delay to our flight home. We really couldn’t fault anything and we would definitely use them again for future holidays.”

“I have used Balkan Escape, and in particular Jack Fleming, for the booking of my last 2 holidays. On both occasions, Jack provided a fantastic service. The quality of the hotels he chose for us was perfect. The hotels being of a high standard and great locations. Jack kept us informed throughout the process and even while away if there were any changes to our transport links etc. On both holidays, our expectations, needs and requirements were fully met. “Balkan Escape fully met our expectations and we had an excellent holiday. The flight/ferry transfers were very good and the hotels were clean, comfortable, friendly and well situated. We were however disappointed by the standard of evening meals that were provided at Hotel Liberna in Korkula. We understand that half board there was inexpensive but we don't think it could be rated as 4 star. Also, at Hotel Cvita in Split, we arrived at about 9:30pm and were unable to get anything to eat and there was nowhere local as an alternative.”

“We have just returned from a 3 centre holiday with Balkan Escapes and would not hesitate to recommend them. When booking, the team interpreted our requirements perfectly. All of our accommodation was excellent and flights and transfers were punctual. We enjoyed every aspect of our trip from roaming around the beautiful old towns of Zadar and Split to taking 8 mile walks around the Pitvice Lakes.”

“I booked a weeks holiday with my wife to Croatia. The service from beginning to end wsa outstanding with precise information. The arrangements were first class and he communication outstanding. I particulary liked the app providing udates to flight times etc. The hotels were first class and the pick ups and private transport transfers were on time and with friendly people. “Wonderful holiday with every aspect taken care of by Balkan Holidays. I usually organise my trips myself but not sure I can go back to that after how easy this was. The itinerary was perfect and presented so well with a selection of great hotel options, local advice and suggestions for activities. My holiday was multi trip and all of my transfers were organised and booked for me, including ferries between islands. Everything was so well thought out- ferry times closest to hotel check outs, taxis booked to transfer me to my hotel and even my flights were checked in with window seats selected. Croatian ferries are not super organised (the websites are out of date) and so their local knowledge really helped here and booking this myself would have been a challenge. What could have been a complicated and stressful trip was made so easy. My hotels were great- small boutique places with fab service, outside of the busiest areas. All of the comms I had with the team and the level of customer service were excellent - getting all of my tickets/boarding passes not only by email but also in a printed pack with clear instructions and emergency contacts. They even honoured the price for me despite flight prices rising whilst I took my time to decide. Can't speak highly enough of the service and would recommend to anyone looking to travel to the Balkans!”

“My husband and I have recently returned from a two week, two centre, holiday to Montenegro and Croatia arranged through Balkan Escape. The whole experience was absolutely seamless. Jack and his team arranged flights, transfers and hotels for us so we didn't need to worry about anything. The transfers between Montenegro and Croatia and hotel to Croatia Airport were in luxury air conditioned BMWs which was a very nice touch. I would thoroughly recommend Balkan Escape to anyone thinking of visiting this wonderful part of the world.”

“After many years of not doing a packaged holiday, I was sceptical of using an online agency. Needn't to have worried. Our Dubrovnik/ Korcula tailored getaway was very well organised,even checking us in for both Easyjet flights. We stayed in the Dubrovnik Lero hotel (b&b), very good. Decided to have the evening buffet on last night, not worth 30 euros. Their Piano bar food was better. 2nd hotel was the Aminesse Liburna Good but not as good as the Lero. Even after reading poor reviews about their evening buffet, I decided to pay the half board supplement as it was such good value. We thought it acceptable. Their restaurant with it's covered terrace is lovely. You can also use the facilities of sister hotels Marko Polo, Resort 9 and charge drinks/food to your room. I would have given 5 stars but for the lack of description about our transfer back to Dubrovnik airport. After a conversation with Jack F and then checking a revised time with the Korcula agency, I was under the impression that the taxi was using the car ferry. No, it drove there and then ushered us out and onto a very small boat "ferry" to Orebic, out again and into a vehicle parked up. Luckily none of us has a fobia of small boats, but it was a little tricky to get on. Jack accepted my feedback that he should have been clearer. Would I book with them again? DEFINITELY .”
