“We have recently returned from an exceptional week-long holiday in Dubrovnik and Korcula. The whole experience with Balkan Escape was fabulous and we will definitely travel with them again. All the arrangements - initial enquiry, booking process, travel schedule, transfers etc. went smoothly and seamlessly. Our agent, Jack, was exemplary - friendly, efficient and very professional. “Booked a 15 night, 3-resort holiday in Croatia through Balkan Escapes for our family of 5 this August. Service from first contact right through to the end of our holiday was exceptional. As a family with children of various ages (19, 16 & 10), our accommodation and overall holiday requirements are never the easiest to satisfy, yet Jack was extremely patient throughout and continued to offer up numerous accommodation and flight options until we got to where we needed to be. Consequently we ended up with a fantastic trip thoroughly enjoyed by all. “Excellent trip to Croatia. Well organised and communicated, ubcluding all paperwork put in the order it was required on he trip. Good advice on smaller hotels (Hotel Marul in central Split and Pruteus Palace on Brac in Pescisca) Break included half our time on Brac and half the time in Split, with all flights, transfers and ferries sorted - worked out great.”

The attention to detail is excellent, responses to questions very timely and all round what we asked for we've got. “Jack, Thank you for your 1st class service compiling our holiday requests and putting up with our changes in dates. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday from the moment we left the airport to the time that we had to sadly leave Croatia. All of the transfers and ferries were on time and we felt well looked after throughout. Both the hotels in Split and Bol were just as we had requested (amazing) and the local service was outstanding.
