“The itinerary discussion and decision was excellent with alternatives offered and compared. We felt the final itinerary would suit us and it did, perfectly. “We had a brilliant holiday exploring Split, Plitvice Lakes and Zadar. Thanks to Balkan Escapes everything went according to plan. The hotels were in particularly good locations and of a high standard especially The Bastion hotel in Zadar. We will definitely book through Balkan Escapes next time we go to that region.”

“From initial contact to the end of the holiday everything went as planned. The flights, transfers and accommodation were all excellent, on time and efficient taking any worries away. A triathlon in Kotor on the day of our return closed the main road. Jack from Balkan contacted us and made alternative arrangements to get us to the airport on time. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.”

“We enjoyed a 3 centre Croatia holiday over 18 days. Balkan Escapes listened to my brief and preferences and put together an excellent itinerary. The holiday worked seamlessly - the hotels were exactly as expected - the airport transfers were great quality, on time, polite, and friendly. The transfers by high speed ferries worked perfectly. “We had a great holiday in Split, Zadar and Hvar. We also managed to visit the national parks at Plitvice and Krka. It was all really interesting and enjoyable. All the organisation of the holiday was excellent and the arrangements in Croatia went as planned with one exception. We were double booked in the hotel in Hvar and were upgraded to a five star hotel! The service was very good and we would recommend the company to others.”

“Our needs and holiday requirements were fully met. Our accommodation and transfers were as expected. It would have been helpful to have en-suite bedrooms in the self catering accommodation but we knew what we were getting. It would have been helpful if the final transfer to Split airport had picked us up nearer our accommodation to avoid an uphill walk with cases but they were otherwise very accommodating. The service provided by Balkan Escapes was exemplary and we would definitely use you again and recommend you to our family and friends Thank you”

“Our holiday was great apart from the Maalu hotel was very noisy at night due to a alley way next to the hotel that people used to go to and from the town and port. The Catermaran was an adventure and the Argosy Hotel eas brillient in a beautiful location.”

“We had such a wonderful honeymoon! Having the transfers pre-booked made everything really easy and meant we could focus on having a really relaxing time. The example itineraries were a great starting point for deciding where to visit. We had struggled to find other twin-centre package holidays but this one was perfect for us. Both hotels were excellent - Hotel Kazbek was probably the best hotel we'd ever stayed at and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanks for letting them know it was our honeymoon. Many thanks for setting up such a perfect trip!”

“Excellent service provided from first enquiry until returning home. We had very specific requirements for our two centre adventure which were discussed and fully met. The hotels and locations more than met our expectations and having all transfers fully booked was perfect. We were kept advised of transfer times and had one hiccup where we needed to contact Balkan Escapes office and they dealt with the hiccup quickly and efficiently allowing us to relax and enjoy our break. I would recommend the service to everyone it was a bespoke package which was perfect.”

“Dealing with Balkan Escapes was very easy. We supplied dates of when we wanted to travel and the type of accommodation we wanted. We were then given a choice of accommodation to choose from. The booking process was then very easy. The overall holiday was great, from the transfers to the accommodation. We also liked the itinerary ideas that were sent through, as they gave us some ideas for days out.”
