"We had a great holiday in Balkan Escapes. The three locations met our requirements perfectly. We visited 4 national parks (Plitvic, Krka, Kornati and Paklenica), two UNESCO world heritage sites (Split and Zadar old towns) and 2 old (14C-16C) towns (Trogir and Hvar) and Rostoke (which was a combination of old village and waterfalls). We visited Plitvic first and were worried that we might have peaked too early as it is absolutely stunning but the other locations were also great in their own ways. \r\n\r\nBalkan Escape was a good company to deal with. They understood our requirement, the itinerary was clearly explained before we went. We were surprised that they also managed to check us in for the flights and get our boarding passes two weeks ahead of our holiday, meaning we had one less thing to worry about. The EasyJet flight from Bristol was good. I had enough leg room (I'm 6'4\") without having to arrange (and pay for) an extra legroom seat, although it was very early, so we stayed in a hotel at the airort the night before the flight out. "

"My wife and I went to Croatia on a four centre holiday to celebrate our Pearl Wedding Anniversary. I had a good idea as to where I wanted to go and Jack at Balkan Escape helped me to finalise my plans. I\u2019m a perfectionist and difficult to please. However, this company and Jack in particular more than exceeded my expectations . Everything they said they were going to do, they did which is quite something in this day and age! We even got a text from Balkan Escape advising us our ferry had been cancelled the night before we were due to leave for another island, without which we might have missed our connection\/ transfer. I would thoroughly recommend using this company and I for one will be back one day to sort stays in Montenegro and elsewhere in Croatia"

"Just returned from a fabulous triple centre holiday in Croatia organised by Jack at Balkan Escape. The hotels were excellent, especially the Vitar in Bol. When our ferry was cancelled Jack rearranged our travel with the minimum of fuss and we arrived in Dubrovnik earlier than our original plans. The attention to detail was exceptional. We found the pre-trip information excellent and the suggested trips were spot on. Certainly, our holiday lived up to our expectations and we are already exploring opportunities to return to the Balkans in the future."

"We had booked a 10 day multi-centre trip in Croatia and Montenegro covering Split, Dubrovnik and Kotor Bay. Jack from Balkan Escapes spent a lot of time providing numerous different itineraries and hotels til I found what best suited what we wanted to do. All travel documents and info were sent through and everything was arranged perfectly. We had numerous different transfers between hotels, cities and countries and they all arrived on time in modern vehicles with English speaking drivers and dropped us off exactly where we needed to be. The accomodation recommended was great and the trip was absolutely perfect and Croatia has become one of my favourite countries!. We had one issue in Kotor where the hotel had been taken over by Hyatt and we were put in a room that we hadn't booked and when I contacted Balkan Escapes about it they immediately offered to help pay for an upgrade which was fantastic customer service. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended "
