“The order was packed well and dispatched very quickly. All the items were in perfect condition. Have been meaning to buy from them for ages as they have a great selection of goods for baking and I’ve loved making bread ever since taking a course with Dan Lepard over 20 years ago.”

“I recently bought a Brød and Taylor proofing oven, as well as several bags of T55 flour. I'd hesitated to buy the dough proofer, mainly because of price, but I just wouldn't be without it now. I have a very cold kitchen, and it's proving to be a great boon, for both activating the starter and proofing the dough. Every bake is a huge success, and my family think I'm very clever, when really, the credit should go to my dough proofer. The T55 flour is fabulous too, making light and airy bread, better than any I've bought! Quick delivery times and good prices from Bakery Bits, too. Success all round!”

“I purchased the Brod & Taylor Sourdough Home from Bakery Bits, the service from them was excellent, with no complaints at all most efficient service, as for the Sourdough Home as a retired bakery and bakery manager this is the best way to store your sourdough starter it helps no end in producing sourdough and takes some of the doubts out sourdough as it leads to consistency in the making process and gives less variables to worry about, I would recommend the sourdough home to all bakers.”

“So, coupled with the Brod and Taylor proofer and the book ‘the Perfect loaf’ I have managed to bake the perfect loaf. After a year of failed sourdough, this proofer has been a game changer. Love it!”
