“Really high quality pan, good weight and size (10 buns and STILL fits my home oven). Good results with a sweet dough making iced buns. Now looking forward to next summer’s barbecue season 🌭”

“I bought the new sourdough home, and I found it useful because the flat is on the cold side in winter and I struggle to keep the sourdough for making my Christmas cakes at the correct temperature. This should solve the problem and also, in the long run is good to keep a steady temperature without the swings of the fridge”

“Prompt delivery. Used my new cane Benetton once so far and it worked well. It was a bit tricky getting the flour to stay in the sides. Will try semolina next time. The cleaning brush is really effective at getting into the crevices.”
