“Paid £120 for a cloche. Flimsy quality. Massive rip off to be honest. Seriously disappointed. You’re usually decent but this was rubbish. Quick update on the above. It’s was written after the first bake which was bad. We’ve tried another 5 or 6 bakes since. All terrible. Back to using the cast iron pot. Much better. I would like to return this product and get my money back.”

“Recent delivery of Marriage's flour received badly damaged. Please reply to my email 14 September requesting immediate free of charge replacement - WHEN ?! For 12 months you have listed Priors White Rye Flour as available, but you never have any stock to order - WHY ?! Why do you not reply to our support emails - this is not "support" it's poor customer service !!”

“Yeast ruined during expensive delivery - You will see from the photo that your £2 fresh yeast expensively delivered Tue 6 Sep@£6 is in no fit state for bread making. We respectively requested that you resend this order of two 42g yeasts at no charge and concerned to not even had an acknowledgment.”
