“Very pleased with my Challenger Bread pan, website is clear, easy and informative, ordering was very easy. I was kept informed of despatch, at the time gloves weren’t in stock but they were sent on a week later. Bread Pan is heavy but not as much I thought, love that I can do any shape loaf in it and it’s lower than ones with a knob on top .”

“Challenger Dutch Oven Expensive, heavy, very well made item. I did wonder what took hold of me, paying so much for something to make bread. So glad I did though, an easy to use item, that gives amazing results”

“I ordered replacement Ankarsum Assistent beaters and head as a replacement for damaged ones. Just what I needed and at what seemed to be a good price. I thought they would be hard to locate, being a Swedish brand. They arrived promptly in perfect condition. I will be using bakery bits again, thank you.”

“Very pleased with it. Proving dough in the colder months has always been problematic but no more. All my dough whether sourdough or yeasted have responded well. I would say it’s a bit pricey for what it is but it’s the only manufacturer available at the moment.”
