“Good delivery time and well packaged as always. Just starting to bake with my new mulino marino flours. The wholemeal sourdough is in bulk fermentation as I type and behaving beautifully. I have 2 1kg bags that go out of date in just 2 weeks and paid full price which is disappointing as I only make 1 loaf / boule per week with a combinations of flours. Otherwise very pleased.”

“Whilst the products are high quality, I was disappointed to be charged postage for 2 packets of yeast as if they were being sent separately, but instead were in the same parcel probably for the same cost as one packet making the transaction more expensive than expected.”

You might try a little light veg oil - that's how they prepare these in production lines.

“Unfortunately my experience was a poor one Goods were supposed to be delivered next day. Delivery was only completed 6 days later. No pro-active actions. Took multiple e-mails to receive a response only after delivery took place. The initial response was also disappointing, showing lack of understanding the poor customer service received and not reading the e-mails sent to Bakery Bits.”

“Product was what i wanted, but delivery painfully slow. Dispatched after five working days and arrived after a futher five days. Delivery was also an additional cost.”
