“I purchased the linen for making clootie dumplings. Not tried it yet but looks really good quality. Bought enough for the clootie cloth plus for bread making. Excellent service from the company and their help desk is excellent too.”

“Very good place to visit for any baking needs. I'm only a newbie and don't know what half the stuff is for, but they are excellent explaining products. I'm looking forward to baking soon. The little reference book for bakers recently introduced is fantastic. I'm sure is standard for the experienced ones but for me, it brilliant! Many thanks BB!”

“Ordered three of the oils (lime, lemon, orange) that arrived quickly. They are amazing! Already baked a lime and an orange drizzle cake and they really do take it up to another level. Ever so pleased and will re-ordered again when necessary.”

“Fantastic range of flours, with fast and friendly service. Great sourdough made with 350g Marriages long ferment flour, 50g organic rye, 120g starter and 300g water. Baked in cast iron casserole at 230 for 40 minutes.”

“I have only had positive experiences with Bakery Bits. Customer service is excellent and if an item isn't available I have been notified when it is next available so I can order it if I still want to. My order for Saf Instant Yeast (Gold) was shipped quickly. My yeast breads never fail with this product, which I keep refrigerated to extend the shelf life.”
