“Great design and quick turnaround. It would have been good if we could have gotten the badges sooner (but that was more down to poor planning on my part rather than anything MBC did!!) but they arrived and were commented on for their innovative design compared to the other ones the Scouts had. Thanks for a great job well done!”

“Good customer service and communication throughout the order. I did email the company after I had recieved my order to say that the colour on the scarves had run a little, even though we washed them at the specified guidelines. I did not get any reply.”

Hi Stacey. Thank you for your review. I just wanted to note that we did reply to your email about this issue on the same day (4 January). It is not something we have encountered any problems with before or since, so hopefully it was an isolated incident.

“We have a serious badge culture at our school - our students enjoy collecting them for various achievement milestones. But the ones generated by the library are the most collectable. The glossy reading awards with the school emblem printed on one half of an open book have proved a real spur to reading more and the school council badges, designed by the students themselves are highly coveted. Lots of children want to get involved. The company are helpful and friendly and the orders have all gone smoothly. I have been very pleased with the products.”
