“Good customer service and communication throughout the order. I did email the company after I had recieved my order to say that the colour on the scarves had run a little, even though we washed them at the specified guidelines. I did not get any reply.”

Hi Stacey. Thank you for your review. I just wanted to note that we did reply to your email about this issue on the same day (4 January). It is not something we have encountered any problems with before or since, so hopefully it was an isolated incident.

“We have a serious badge culture at our school - our students enjoy collecting them for various achievement milestones. But the ones generated by the library are the most collectable. The glossy reading awards with the school emblem printed on one half of an open book have proved a real spur to reading more and the school council badges, designed by the students themselves are highly coveted. Lots of children want to get involved. The company are helpful and friendly and the orders have all gone smoothly. I have been very pleased with the products.”

“We've used MBC a couple of times for neckers and woggles. The product has always been excellent on both occasions and we've been completely satisfied in that respect. I was particularly impressed with the necker orders we have done for our Scout group as there was a gap of over 3 years between the initial order and a follow up and you still had all the documentation and designs and could run the subsequent order without issue. In terms of areas to improve, you lost out on a big badge order with us (3000) because your prices were nowhere near what others quoted. I think you could perhaps deliver orders a bit quicker - 3 weeks appears to be a good benchmark to aim for.”

“Really good artwork which accurately represents the finished product. If you could improve the pins on the back of the enamel badges that would be even better! We do get a few lost badges through pin failure. Overall, a good service though.”
