“The staff at Badgemaster are really helpful - thank you for flagging that I had errors on my order. The errors occurred because the site is really really awkward to use. Once you add things to your basket they are difficult to view or edit. I ordered my first set of badges a year ago and the badge design function is just as awkward to use now. Definitely needs a lot of improvement.”
