I ordered two pairs of baby ear defenders on the Tuesday which I needed for a party on the Saturday. This to me was ample time for ordering, despatch and delivery. On the Saturday afternoon at 3pm the goods had still not arrived. I contacted Kidly via the online live web chat and spoke to an advisor who answered me promptly and looked into it. She stated that the goods were out for delivery on Saturday and that I would therefore get them before the party that evening. A little while later I was then informed that actually the package had been sent out with the wrong driver and I would therefore not be receiving it on this day. I was so upset to say the least. The stress is caused us as a family in attending the party was huge. On the Monday I still had not had the goods delivered so once again via live web chat I contacted Kidly to enquire into it. I intended to send the goods straight back for a full refund once in possession of them, so the advisor I spoke with looked into and stated that the package had not been received by the courier again that day as it was in transit to another sub depot! It was apparently then going to be sent out to me the next day. The advisor knew I would be returning the items so said that she would arrange for the parcel to go straight back to them from the sub depot and she arranged a full refund to me, for which I was very grateful. On the Wednesday the goods arranged at my house!!! So frustrating. I have now had to arrange to send them back. The ordering and delivery of the goods was utterly shocking. The advisors that I spoke with when dealing with the matters were good and helped as best they could and the live chat option was excellent however I am afraid that I will not be making any future purchases through Kidly.

I loved all the things I ordered and our kids do too. Unfortunately the packaging was damaged as the box had been crushed (presumably by the couriers), as all the things were for us and not gifts it didn't matter but maybe worth taking up with them as I couldn't have given any of them as presents had that been the intention.

Shipping and service was excellent, even though I live in Hawaii so any delay could have been acceptable but my blanket arrived within days with a tracking number. The blanket looks exactly like in the photos, however, based on all the reviews I expected it to be very soft and upon opening the package I was surprised by how much the material and feel did not meet my expectations. I will still use the blanket and hope that with washing it will eventually get softer but I wouldn't have ordered from the other side of the world if I had known that this is what I'd receive. Maybe the other products are softer, made of different fabric, not sure but I do feel slightly disappointed.

Very soft materials but I struggle with the sleepsuits as my baby gets lost in them...his legs get tangled as the material is almost too soft and stretches Sorge can wriggle his legs out and up, then can't get them back into the sleepsuit legs...I have received several with my subscription and not putting them on baby now..

Really pleased with the prompt next day delivery. However item was not as expected. Although customer service were excellent as well as the return service the overall rating was let down due to slow refund.

Bought a blue and grey stripe blanket, and got a grey blanket free. They are ok, but nothing special. I would have returned them if I had paid full price as £20 for a blanket is too much. Since I got them both for this price then I was happy enough to keep them. They are thinner than I expected and just feel like any other blanket.

love the colours, styles feel but I've found them all really small. They're on the more expensive side so really wanted them to last a long time, my son is just 5 months so I brought the 6-12 months. They fit him perfectly now, joggers may have been slightly tight when putting them on. I can't see them lasting that long. A real shame wish I hadn't worn them all straight away as might have exchanged them for bigger size. Great clothes, bad sizes.

I had a few of these suits. The larger size (9-12) don't seem to be made with the same fabric as the smaller size(3-6, 6-9), not as soft as the smaller ones.

It's difficult to review Mori because I am conflicted. On the one hand the products are fantastic quality however our experience in actually obtaining them not so good. We initially ordered a lot of stuff in October at the baby event however it wasn't until late December (after much chasing) that some of our order was shipped. After this and more chasing further items from the order were shipped in late January however although 2 parcels were shipped we only received one (checked with neighbours and Royal Mail). So we now have to wait until at least the 3rd week of February to see if the 2nd parcel is returned to Mori before a replacement is shipped. So 4 months after placing the order. For the price we pay I expected better

Not realy because was expected my babies name on the muslins and received without all the packaging and personalised message quite disappointed as they hasn't even reply back

I bought one of the lovely soft baby sleeping bags. Overall I am happy with the quality however the seatbelt opening at the front only has one popper and my baby keeps kicking his feet through it and getting his legs stuck. Unfortunately this makes the sleeping bag unusable. If there are any tips or anyone else has experienced this please let me know? The sleeping bag did take a while to arrive however I was updated of its progress by a friendly service team.

When I read the description of the sleep bag did not see anything noted re polyester filling. I was disappointed when it arrived and had this filling. Also delivery took ages. Only despatched 10-12 days after ordering, and only after I had emailed twice to follow up.

The sleepsack is good, and we're happy with it. But the purchasing process was confusing; I signed up to the mailing list to receive a 10% discount which was never applied; I then got so much spam email over the next few hours that I had to unsubscribe the same day; and a customer service inquiry about the unapplied discount took a week to address and was never fully resolved. This is a company with wonderful intentions that really needs to work on the full customer experience they're delivering, especially at these prices.

Sad to only put a 3*. I was so impressed with the initial customer service immediately after ordering but then when my order did not arrive (after over a week) and there was a lack of information / feedback regarding a delay and an additional delay in replying to my online query of where my order was. After 4 days I chased up a reply again which put my message to the back of their queue - I was sad to see that messages were answered over 4 days old. Had the fab customer service continued on the same initial level I would have given 5* without hesitation but I was severely disappointed.
