Great stuff but I was sent brown leggings not the russet coloured "rubber" I ordered so that's annoying cause I'm not going to the post office at this point to send them back but I would like the right pair

I love the website and the choice of products, unfortunately I was disappointed receiving my comotomo bottles as the box was quite marked and one of the bottles had some black dirt on it. Nothing major I have washed them, but a bit disappointing for fairly expensive baby bottles!

My box arrived all wet and the OMY xl poster were damaged we had to throw it away, i didn't return back... Its the shipping companies responsibility. Apart from that everything perfect. Thank you

Shoppers in the US please realize that shipping takes weeks to get here from the UK. I am still waiting for gifts ordered on Dec. 3rd. Kidly must have shipped the parcel by boat. Customer service person seemed lovely when I contacted her but says there is no tracking available on my package. I wish I had realized this before I ordered. Still hopeful my gifts arrive before the holiday.

Hi Amy, Thanks for leaving a review with us. I do hope you receive your order in time for Christmas 🤞 Just to point out, I know you ordered on the 3rd December (which does seem a good amount of days before the Holidays) but our cutoff for Standard Delivery to the US before Christmas on our website was 1st December as the Standard, untracked, service you selected can take 3 weeks to arrive (by air & ground, not boat, I promise!). For future reference, we do also have a Premium shipping service to the US, which is faster (but not fast enough, we are working on it). This service delivers to the US in 4-7 working days. I hope your order all works out for you and wish you and your family a happy holidays. James

Kidly as a whole is a wonderful site full of amazing things, and every toy or shoe we have bought from here has been brilliant, but I do continually find the own brand clothing disappointing. The printed cotton pjs are so cute, but they were as stiff as anything when they arrived- even if one wash was all it took to soften them I don’t want to spend my money trying to find out, and I fear they would fade. The other pjs I’ve bought from there have faded after a few washes- they are still nice but look like we’ve had them for much longer than we have.

Item that was ordered was wrong. Right invoice but wrong item. The correct item has now arrived but no invoice. But don't worry all's well and my little grandson has got his birthday present albeit three days late. Thank You......

The product was great, and well received as a granddaughter birthday gift. However the shipping agent delivery person left the package in the recycle bin in the garden. Someone was in the house all that day and didn’t get a knock on the door or ring on the doorbell, Had I not double checked that it had been received after I got the delivered notification email , and asked the family to check the front garden to see if it had been left anywhere there they discovered it in the recycle bin which was due to be picked up next day! Not good!! Spoiled the surprise as well!

The shoes arrived quickly, returning them was easy. BUT after a week I still hadn't had a refund so tried to contact KIDLY and they have an infuriatingly slow message service and no phone number to call. So it took 15 minutes to get a response to my single question where it would have been a 1 minute phone call.

Fast and efficient delivery. I got a beautiful wet suit for my 3month old.i ordered the 3-6month size but it was slightly too tight and awkward to put on and take off. Lovely shop.

I received the wrong order and annoyingly there was no phone number to ring. There was however a live chat which was helpful. I never received my item in the end as it was then out of stock, so overall a disappointing experience.

Whilst I'm very happy with the items I purchased, I was very disappointed about the amount of plastic wrapped around the products and I believe you can do better with more sustainable forms of packaging. Please ditch the single use plastic packaging.

Hi Sarah. Thanks for the feedback. You are absolutely right to pick up on packaging. We are obsessed with minimising our negative environmental impact here. Just to put your mind at rest the infill you mentioned is not single use plastic and is fully biodegradable. Here is more info on the plastic: "The Opus Bio biodegradable cushions can be reused, recycled in the appropriate waste stream, or recycled through composting Opus R recycled film uses post consumer waste plastic to minimise the amount of unsustainable virgin plastic being used and going to landfill" Please rest assured that we take great care in choosing protective yet sustainable packaging. Range of products is innovative and prices reflect this. Delivery and online purchase process is outstanding BUT, not offering gift wrapping is a major oversight. My rating (3 star) reflects this otherwise this would have been an easy 5 (star)

The toy I ordered was beautiful - exactly as described and the perfect gift for a 1 year old. The child loves it and has played with it non-stop. I was slightly disappointed by how battered and broken the box was when it arrived however. Luckily nothing was damaged inside but it wasn’t ideal as a gift.

The ordering and delivery process were very easy and the quality of the products are good, however the packaging of one of the products was damaged and another had something sticky on it - like a sticker had been taken off but the packaging hadn't been cleaned.
