The bag I purchased was ideal for what i need. However it would have fitted in a medium sized envelope , it came in a Huge box. ! Totally unnessessery to have such a large amount of packaging. You might need to rethink your logistics .

Hello Maeve, Thanks for leaving feedback on your packaging. Having the lowest possible environmental impact is very, very important to us. We, therefore, track when and by who every order is packed in the warehouse, so that when our high standards of packing do drop we can revert back and re-train the team on how to pack orders. I'm pleased to say we've now investigated and dealt with this. You are completely correct in that the item you ordered should have been packed in one of our bags, not a box. It was a mistake on our part. Please accept my apology for this and hopefully it will be some consolation to hear that, despite you receiving a box, our boxes are constructed of recycled cardboard and are 100% recyclable (the orange coating is waterbased), and our infill is fully biodegradable. Notwithstanding this issue Maeve, I'm glad you like the bag and find it useful. I do hope we can welcome you back at KIDLY sometime soon. James

Haven’t opened the goods as they are a gift. Efficient delivery, however I was disappointed that the box hadn’t been wrapped or protected so was grubby and damaged on arrival. Not ideal when gifting.

I originally put through an order for a balance bike and the payment went through, but was notified the next day that this was out of stock and so that the order would have to be cancelled. This was a bit inconvenient but in fairness I was given a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I then went on to order two other items from the site using the discount code, and was the notified that my order was not dispatched on time and that delivery would be delayed - though again the delivery cost was refunded. It is now 7 days since I placed this order and I still have not received it - I had ordered this for my goddaughter's birthday and it may now not be here on time. Although I did appreciate the 10 % discount and refund on delivery as a gesture of goodwill, I would much prefer if the service provided was more efficient, as I have had to waste my own time reordering items and following up on the delivery which is very inconvenient.

The toy looks good but haven't opened it as it is a Christmas present. Unfortunately as it was only put in a plastic bag for delivery the packaging got damaged which is a real shame as it's a gift and now looks tatty.

All items I ordered were absolutely perfect but the box which were they delivered was.. shattered. Delivery guy is perfectly solid (he delivers most of our parcels) and said that’s how it looked like when it reached their place. Although none of items I ordered was broken or damaged my review can only be good as I expected more considering the price I paid for the next day delivery.

Love the products, although some are a little more expensive than elsewhere. Was a little disappointed after going to the trouble of compiling a long application (with pics) to be a parent tester, to hear that they are only accepting uk based kids. Feel they could have not had that on irish website or mentioned it before I went to the trouble. But hey, happy with purchases, will consider maybe doing so again.

In the main Customer service initially excellent and in fact replacement goods did arrive in time. However it was obvious from the difference in the packaging between the damaged item and the replacement that the previously returned item which we were sent in error had not been checked. it would also have helped if the delivery and collection couriers were the same. It was not possible to establish an estimated time but pick up was to be in a 12 hour window - if this could have been updated in a similar way to that for delivery to say an hour slot or even 2 hours it would have been very helpful

Ordering was super easy. However, I have no way to track my package, don’t know when it will be arriving or anything else on that front. That has to improve.

I bought a BabyMoov Nutribaby. Kidly was definitely the cheapest but when my product arrived the box was very damaged and I thought perhaps it wasn’t brand new. The actually product is great makes making fresh baby food really easy.

Product is of good quality and came fairly quickly from date of order. Disappointed with the amount of packaging used for two small items - would have preferred Kidly to be a bit more environmentally conscious.

Hello Sue I'm pleased you are happy with the order and the speed of delivery, however, I am disappointed that it arrived in what sounds like an oversized box. Believe it or not, we do spend a lot of time trying to maximise the efficiency of our packaging and always take care to select recycled and recyclable packaging and infill. It's important to us to continually try to reduce our negative environmental impact. Unfortunately box sizing is the hardest part to get right as we sell over 200 brands and of course, anyone can order whichever combination of items they choose. Based upon your feedback though (and a couple of other customers with similar issues) we have discovered the need to add a 5th box size into the mix in between the ones we call Medium and Large. We believe this will solve the issue we have with orders that are ever so slightly over a Medium size but that then look swamped in a Large box. Thank you so much for leaving this feedback Sue. It's really important for us to listen and respond to, and to help us get things right. I do hope we will see you back at KIDLY soon. James Founder

The products we ordered are great but the order arrived in an ENORMOUS box for 2 very small items (drink cup and puzzle). Huge waste of packaging which is always an issue for me.

The wheelbarrow was great, the delivery came on time...but I really don't like the 'chummy' language you use and that puts me off buying from you again. Maybe I'm too old, but it irritates me with it's childlike language. I know you sell lovely things for children, but it's adults who buy them and grandmothers like me.

I was very happy with the service and prompt delivery....unfortunately the packaging was damaged on arrival leading to some very minor damage to the product.The product itself did not have the quality finish kidly promised as a result I would give it a 7 out of 10 at best.

I loved the blackboard quality and the look of the suitcase for tabletop use, the only problem was the packing or lack of, the box was twice the size of the toy with nothing stopping it moving about so it was scratched.

I have to say I'm surprised by the quality. Had I paid full price for the muslin and blanket I recieved I would have been disappointed. I'm not sure the quality of the product represents the price put on them. I expected it to be a really luxury feeling muslin and it doesn't feel as nice as my sainsburys Tu Muslins. The blacket is pretty and as I got it free is lovely. But it's very thin and the sewing is slightly uneven. I am certain I could have bought similar quality in a supermarket! This saddens me as I have been waiting to buy a muslin from you for a sale and when I saw the offer I was so excited to receive it. Sadly I am not sure I will buy anymore from mori Postage and communication was brilliant and fast!
