It took 4 weeks for the grey cardigan 3-6 months size, to arrive. You did email me apologizing & included a gift , but as this was my first order it meant my Grandson had a month less in which to wear this size. Also the quality of your pictures online are not good and whilst I like the cardigan it is nowhere near warm enough for Winter, so my Grandson may not get much use out of it.

Brought sleeping bag at a show and was told it would arrive the following week. It didn't arrive for 5 weeks, but this wasn't communicated until I chased. However the product is absolutely beautiful and I would still buy as it really is stunning and arrived beautifully packaged. I almost don't want to use it it's so nice!

Your products are beautiful, but your customer service not so good. Unable to get through on the phones to talk to someone. There was a delay with the order, which is fine if you had informed me rather than me chasing the order by email. The leggings I ordered for my grand daughter (0-3 months) will hardly fit her for a week as they took so long to come. Had I been told at the time of order I would have got the next size. Such a shame your service lets you down really, as these are very nice baby clothes.

Late delivery, received apology and was told I would receive a gift with my order as an apology and didn't, however lovely clothes and happy with what I ordered

The clothes are lovely. Soft and good quality. They wash well. The delivery was late and nothing was done to compensate for that fact.

The administration and contact is very good but I haven't received my goods even though I had an email saying it had been left in my secure porch. I DON'T HAVE A PORCH! HAVE emailed customer service 4 days ago but no response as yet. I have also been charged for my order!

I placed my order last Thursday and I still haven't received it. I'm aware it says 2-5 business days so the last day should be today but I haven't heard anything from the courier. Also, nowadays 5 days for a patcel to reach you within the country is quite a long time! I love the products though and it was really easy to order and pay so would have given you 5 stars if it wasn't for the very slow delivery.

Easy delivery system. Good quality items. The colour of the items is not as advertised and the items are quite expensive.

Hi Vicky, I'm so sorry to hear that :( If you wouldn't mind could you let me know, or better still, send me a pic of how the item arrived? We have strict rules on packaging at our warehouse and I'd love to be able to understand how we have failed so we can improve our quality. More importantly, can I help with sending you a replacement for your damaged item? James

Hey Imogen, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We really appreciate all feedback, especially as we are new and still findng our feet. Firstly, apologies the item took a little longer than you were expecting. I can see Hermes took 36 hours to deliver to you which is 24 hours outside of their 48 hours promise, so we will pick that up with them. Regarding the packaging, you are absolutely right! We have recently realised that we do not have a small enough box for orders containing smaller items, and only one item in the order. We are already on the case to fix this. It was very hard before we launched working out what size and proportion of boxes and bags to order from our supplier but we are learning every day from our real world experiences and feedback such as yours. Thanks again for your feedback and I'm happy you like the bangle. I do hope we see you back at KIDLY soon. James

Just a note to say I bought from you at the Spirit of Summer - I loved your products, but have found that since then i've been sent a lot of emails - less regular emails would be appreciated!
