“Pros - Fast delivery, website easy to navigate. Cons - Kidly used to have a larger range of products with different price brackets. Now it seems like you just stock trendy expensive brands and less useful stuff meaning I end up taking my business elsewhere to get what I need at a reasonable price.”

“The delivery experience was brilliant as always, but unfortunately on this occasion two of the products fell short of expectations (per my reviews submitted on the day they arrived). One broke as soon as it was opened and the other was much smaller than expected. A shame as usually items ordered from Kidly are wonderful.”

“It's all fine apart from the delivery process. I understand why you want purchases signed for, but using the post office 'signed for' route means that they can't even leave it in a safe place. I wish you gave the option of using dhl, because they offer a two hour delivery window and one can take the option of leaving it in a safe place. The bouncing ball sadly has a wonky ear, but I just hope that this will add to its charm - its not worth returning for an exchange.”

“Fast service and a great item purchased although it did differ slightly from descriptions on their website (issue quickly resolved). The only outstanding issue is with an item that I am trying to return; the Kidly end of it is fine, but Evri, the courier, is messing things up with collection.”

“easy enough to order and delivery was quick. I would say the website could do with some better filtering system - ie. to be able to see products by size/ what's in stock etc, rather than just being able to sort.”
